Strategic Imperatives for the Development of Logistics Infrastructure in Ukraine in a Closed-Loop Economy

The article is devoted to the definition of strategic imperatives for development logistics infrastructure Ukraine in conditions formation a new economic model – paradigm closed cycle economy. It substantiated that effective functioning economy any country impossible without creation proper as factor aggregate demand, environment which movement goods. In general, high level provides following positive effects: reducing cost goods and services, creating jobs, increasing turnover wholesale retail trade improving customer service, investment attractiveness developed transport infrastructure, environmental situation due optimization state revenues from realization transit potential.
